Our new Pappardelle with wheat germ adds extra nutrition to your meal. This pasta stands up well to a hearty meat or vegetable and tomato sauce. Expect the water to turn a bit green when cooking. $11 per bag.
Straccetti is also known as "rags." It's especially good when served with shrimp or prawns. Like our other pasta with wheat germ, the cooking water will turn a bit green and the pasta will give off an earthy wheat scent. $7.50 per bag.
The egg and truffle tagliatelle pasta is great with creamy or buttery sauces. $15.50.
