A Most Colorful Spring Salad

What's our secret for dressing this beautiful colorful Spring salad without discoloring the tomatoes, carrots and delicate leaves?

We use White Balsamic Vinegar from Leonardo y Roberto's Gourmet Blends. Tangy and a little bit sweet, it gives your salad a little kick without obscuring the gorgeous colors. For the salad, we used yellow tomatoes, heirloom red spinach, butter lettuce, and heirloom carrots.
