New Pastas from Italian Harvest

New to our gourmet food section: New pastas from Italian Harvest.

Hand made at a factory in Italy, this spaghetti features a rough surface that makes it hold more sauce. $6.50.

Bucatini is a thick spaghetti with a hole running through the strand. Traditionally served with pork meat in a tomato sauce. $8.00.

Sundried tomatoes come packaged dry in a 5 ounce bag. To use them, first rinse away the salt, and soak in warm water. Then you can add while cooking to tomato sauces, meats, fish, and vegetables. Also tasty when added to bruschetta that's been rubbed with garlic and drizzled with oil. $6.50.
